Fitness Instructor Leslie Haye is back for a limited time and she’s here to Torch some calories in a 7 class demo series! This is a High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.)/Spin class designed to make you sweat up a storm and burn off those extra holiday pounds. Join Leslie in January to try out this new fitness class!
