Mondays 5:00-6:00 pm and  *Sports Court Fridays 12:00-1:00 pm Join instructor Bruce for Tai Chi (Easy) to focus on breath and balance through moving meditation. As a low impact and self-paced class, Tai Chi will reduce stress and anxiety while increasing flexibility and inner harmony.
